2005 Research / BMWA / Measurement and test system for acquisition of mechanical parameters (MPMG) / Berlin

Multiax component and material testing under usage of force/position controlled IBS multiax control and KUKA robot mechanics. INNO-WATT (Innovative Wachstumsträger, loan program of Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Arbeit).

 

2005 Automotive / ZF Getriebewerk / Brandenburg

Concept development for testing of double clutch transmissions. Simulation (Matlab/Simulink), design of testing profiles, issue of a specification.

 

2005 Automotive / ZF Getriebewerk / Brandenburg

Conception, circuit design and device related realisation of a mobile, garage capable gearbox sensor tester.

Upgrade of the measurement test bench with testings for gear position sensor and revolution sensor, test program development under C/C++.

Multiax control for a medical trainer for gait rehabilitation; real-time operating system RTLinux. Software development with real-time operating system RTLinux and C/C++. Interpolation of periodic axes angle runs by dint of fourier analysis and approximation.

 

2003 Automotive / ZF Getriebewerk / Brandenburg

Measurement test bench for 6-gear boxes with high type variance; fully automated measurement of relevant mechanical parameters of the gear shift and drive line. Realization of a multiax robot control with force, compliance and position control, simulation of gearbox behaviour and test bench environment, control development with C/C++ and real-time operating system VxWorks 5.3, development system Tornado II, processor Intel Pentium III.

1997 Food / Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH / Berlin

Special machine controll for pizza-manufacturing; sauce agitation on pizza dough bases with variable position and form through sensor supported movement control. Differental drive with 4 degrees of freedom and 4 steady state drives, port of DOS-based control software to RTLinux amd GNU-C-Compiler, userinterface with Windows and Java.

Path engineering and control of an autonomous die carrier system for ecological cleaning of ship underbodys. Path control of a wheel loader with break pendulum steering.
(EU-Projekt HEPHAS), simulation under Matlab/Simulink, programming of microcontroller C167, CAN-bus-communication to user interface computer.
